Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Due to limited availability, certain items may not be eligible for returns. Please reach out to our support team before purchasing to confirm if an item is returnable.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and products explicitly marked as non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for items sent directly to the manufacturer.
Returns may be denied or result in partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not attributable to our error. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund or Replacement
If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, you can choose between a replacement, a partial refund for the lost package, or a full refund if all packages in the order are lost. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Orders that have not been dispatched can be canceled, but please note that transaction fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If a parcel is undeliverable or uncollected and returned to the sender, shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund. These fees may vary from the original amount due to promotional shipping rates.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. You may also want to reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
