Returns Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not, we offer a return process subject to the following conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during transit or manufacturing may not be accepted. All original components, accessories, and any accompanying documentation or tags must be included.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process. Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to limited availability, hygiene considerations, or other specific factors. We recommend contacting our support team before placing your order to confirm whether a particular item can be returned.

Some items are non-returnable due to the nature of their limited availability or for hygiene and safety reasons. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our support team prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above. Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.

Refunds and Replacements
If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from the shipping date, you may request one of the following:

A replacement of the missing item or items

A partial refund if only part of the order is missing

A full refund if the entire order is undelivered

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, we may request photo documentation to verify the issue and process the replacement efficiently.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but are typically completed within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or non-collection, a full refund will be issued once the item is received back at our facility.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified that your refund has been processed but have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account or payment method for any pending credits

Contact your credit card provider, as posting delays may occur

Contact your bank to verify whether the refund is still being processed

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Return Shipping Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain the return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Tracking information from your courier may be used to confirm delivery.

Shipping and Delivery Information
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Most orders are delivered within 14 days. However, delivery may take up to 45 days depending on your location, customs procedures, or other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs, postal services, or weather conditions are beyond our control.
